If you suffer from insomnia, restlessness - and the lack of sleep it produces - can wreck your life. Often, you do not realize how bad things have become because of the lazy arc in which the symptoms present themselves.
I suffered from acute insomnia. With 2 businesses, a wife, 4 kids, 3 dogs, and a cat counting on me, I couldn't afford to be exhausted all the time. So, I did what most of us do... I self-medicated with a double dose of ZzzQuil for more than 5 years. Five years!! Every. Single. Night!!!
